Why 11th Floor?
Since our office is on the 3rd floor of Atlantic City’s Professional Arts Building, we always get the question: Why 11th Floor?
We are known as 11th Floor Creative Group thanks to the years spent at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. It was there, on the 11th floor of Terra Hall at Broad and Walnut, that we learned from and worked with some extremely talented creative directors, filmmakers, copywriters, anthropologists and students, to shape the skills we use today.
What we do.
Since 2006, we have been helping businesses, non-profits, schools, governments and individuals get their message out in the simplest, most effective way possible. We believe that proper planning and strategizing around a core brand image, targeted to the right audiences, will result in successful campaigns every time.
Who We Are
11th Floor Creative Group provides brand centric marketing and video content to a diverse group of businesses and non-profits within the Atlantic City area and the Greater Philadelphia Region.
11th Floor’s client list includes: Atlanticare, CRDA, Chartertech High School for the Performing Arts, DeNafo & Walcoff Attorneys, Meet AC, Boardwalk Hall, Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City, SOSH Architects, Atlantic City Historical Museum, Temple University Hospital, and many more.
Nick Palmisano
Co-Founder • Owner
Nicholas Palmisano is co-founder and owner of 11th Floor Creative Group, an advertising and creative services agency in Atlantic City, NJ. Born and raised in Margate, NJ, Nick graduated from Holy Spirit High School in 1997 and earned his Bachelor’s degree from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where he studied advertising.

Freelance Advertising Creative, Margate, NJ — 2004-2006
Created campaigns for businesses including: The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies, Soleil Sothebys Real Estate, and more.
Media Works Communications, Linwood, NJ — 2003-2004
Worked as an independent contractor with Media works on projects including Don King Productions, Main Event Boxing and HBO Pay Per View.
Education & Internships
University of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA — Bachelor of Science – Communications, 2003
Specializations in Advertising Design/Strategy and Documentary Production.
Red Tettemer — 2003
Assisted in national and regional campaigns for Comcast expansion while working in the commercial production department.
Cramer Sweeney Marketing – Summer 2002
Assisted on a campaign for Keep Philadelphia Beautiful.
Board Positions and Causes
Margate City Board of Education — 2023-Present
Currently serving as a Board Member on the Margate City Board of Education, appointed November, 2023. Committee assignments are currently contract & negotiating committee and Margate PAC lighting project committee.
Save Lucy Committee — 2019-Present
Currently serving as a trustee on the Save Lucy Committee. During my time on the SLC, Lucy has undergone the most significant restoration project since her move in 1970.
Atlantic City Arts Foundation — 2015-2019 – Vice President – 2016-2018
Served on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic City Arts Foundation while implementing now established arts programs in Atlantic City, including ARTeriors Pop-Up art galleries, Chalk-About-AC, and 48 Blocks.
MBCA Summer Mixer Committee — 2015
Assisted with planning and sponsor acquisition for the Metropolitan Business and Citizens Association summer mixer at Golden Nugget Atlantic City.
